ACTA herein issues notice of adoption of technical criteria from Telecommunications Industry Association entitled, “Telecommunications – Telephone Terminal Equipment – Technical Requirements for Connection of Terminal Equipment to the Telephone Network, TIA- 968-A, October 2002” and is intended to replace existing ACTA-adopted specifications TIA/EIA/IS-968 and TIA/EIA/IS-883.
