June 13, 2016, The Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) has received proposed technical criteria from the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), entitled, TIA-968-B-3, Telecommunications – Telephone Terminal Equipment –Technical Requirements for Connection of Terminal Equipment to the Telephone Network - Addendum 3. Effective November 2, 2015, the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) announces that the Responsible Parties may now validate their Responsible Party Code (RPC) data for the 2015 calendar year. View the Public Notice Here.

About ACTA
The Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments is an open organization established to: (1) adopt technical criteria and to act as the clearing-house, publishing technical criteria for terminal equipment developed by ANSI-accredited standards development organizations; and (2) establish and maintain a registration database of equipment approved as compliant with the technical criteria. The Administrative Council will not make substantive decisions regarding the development of technical criteria. More...

2016 Responsible Party Code (RPC) Data Validation Program
Effective November 2, 2015, the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) announces that the Responsible Parties may now validate their RPC data for the 2016 calendar year. The established fee for RPC Data Validation is $125.00. A discounted rate of $95.00 will be in affect from November 1, 2015 through January 31, 2016.
