Important Technical Criteria Information for All ACTA Filers

All filings are audited to ensure that the correct technical criteria have been cited in the Supplier's Declaration of Conformity or TCB Certificate. After 14 Sep. 2007, the following technical criteria must be cited in new Supplier's Declaration of Conformity or TCB Certificates.

ACTA Adopted Technical Criteria

The Administrative Council for Terminal Attachment ("ACTA") adopted the following technical criteria for Telephone Terminal Equipment ("TTE"). Equipment approved for connection to the public switched telephone network shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations of Part 68, and with the applicable technical criteria adopted by ACTA:
