Meetings of the ACTA will be open to all interested parties. While the views of all parties will be heard and considered by the Administrative Council in its discussions, only the elected members of the Council participate by voting.
Contributions to Meetings
All contributions and proposals for ACTA action shall be
submitted to the Secretariat via the Contribution Template no later than ten days prior
to the meeting at which action is anticipated. (Contribution
