The Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) has adopted technical criteria from the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited standards developer, entitled, TIA-968-B-1, Telecommunications - Telephone Terminal Equipment - Technical Requirements for Connection of Terminal Equipment to the Telephone Network.
The Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments Announces Adjustments to ACTA Filing Fees Effective October 1, 2012 the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachment (ACTA) is adjusting its fee for processing Telephone Terminal Equipment (TTE) information submitted for inclusion in the centralized database of Part 68 equipment from $650.00 to $825.00 per submission. The adjusted fee applies to submission of Original, Modifications, Notice of Change, Recertification/re-declarations, and Request for Responsible Party Codes. View the Public Notice
