2012 Responsible Party Code (RPC) Data Validation Program
Effective November 1, 2011, the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) announces that the Responsible Parties may now validate their RPC data for the 2012 calendar year. The established fee for RPC Data Validation is $125.00. A discounted rate of $95.00 will be in affect from November 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012. RPC Data is required to be validated on an annual basis. View the Public Notice
ACTA Announces Adjustments to ACTA Filing Fees
Effective January 1, 2012 the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachment (ACTA) is adjusting its fee for processing Telephone Terminal Equipment (TTE) information submitted for inclusion in the centralized database of Part 68 equipment to $650.00 per submission. The adjusted fee applies to submission of Original, Modifications, Notice of Change, Recertification/re-declarations, and Request for Responsible Party Codes. View the Public Notice
